Co-Ed Junior Hoopers Skills Training
JK-Grade 2
Introduction to fundamental movements that build competence, confidence, and motivation to play the game of basketball for the first time. Young athletes will learn basic basketball skills while focusing on being active and having fun.

Boys Rookie Skills Training
Grade 3-5
Have fun with the sport of basketball by further developing fundamental movements and basic basketball skills while learning the importance of everyday life skills. We teach young athletes how they can enhance and expand their development through fun skills, drills and games.

Grade 5-12
Learn how to enhance athletic performance and build muscle with the emphasis on injury prevention, speed, endurance, agility, and mobility. Instruction to be held by Athletic Therapist and Registered Kinesiologist, Ray D’Almeida, Owner of Rayzor Therapy & Fitness.
